We offer dietary supplements and related wellness products for sale through our Website, including Enerlance. Product descriptions, images, specifications, ingredients, and prices are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change without prior notice. We endeavour to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions, imagery, or other content are error-free, complete, or current. Minor variations in packaging or labelling may occur. Products are sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.

4. Orders and contract formation

4.1 Placing an order

By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the products at the prices stated. A contract is formed when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation (e.g. by email) or dispatching the products.

4.2 Order acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g. due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms). If we cancel, we will refund any payment already made.

4.3 Prices and payment

Prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are stated at checkout. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept the payment methods indicated on the Website. We do not store your full card number. In the event of a pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment.

5. Delivery and risk

We deliver within Denmark and, where indicated, to other countries. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the address you specify or to the carrier. We shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. supply chain issues, weather, customs).

6. Consumer rights (Denmark and EU)

If you are a consumer under the Danish Consumer Agreements Act (lov om forbrugeraftaler) or EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have statutory rights including: (a) the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days without giving a reason; (b) the right to clear pre-contractual information; and (c) the right to remedies for non-conforming goods (repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund) under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (købeloven) and EU Directive 1999/44/EC. 7. Intellectual property

All content on the Website (text, graphics, logos, images, design) is the property of Vlozarinclox or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Product names and logos may be trademarks; nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Consumer statutory rights are unaffected.

Our products are food supplements (næringsmidler), not medicinal products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Product information is for general guidance only and is not medical advice. Individual results may vary. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have health concerns, are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication, or have a medical condition.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Consumers also benefit from mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of their country of residence. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts; consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their residence. EU consumers may use the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on the Website with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. For existing orders, the Terms in force at the time of order apply.
