1. Introduction

This Return Policy ("Policy") explains your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and the exercise of your statutory right of withdrawal when you purchase products from Vlozarinclox ("we," "us," "our"). It applies in addition to our Terms of Service and is designed to comply with Danish and EU consumer protection law, including the Danish Consumer Agreements Act (lov om forbrugeraftaler), EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, and the Danish Sale of Goods Act (købeloven).

If you are a "consumer" within the meaning of these laws (i.e. a natural person acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft, or profession), you have important statutory rights that cannot be waived. This Policy describes how to exercise those rights and our commitment to handling returns and refunds fairly and transparently.

3. 14-day right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer in Denmark or the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This right is set out in Article 9 of the Danish Consumer Agreements Act and Article 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods. If you have ordered multiple goods in one order that are delivered separately, the period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or the designated person) acquire physical possession of the last good.

3.1 How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided by the European Commission, which is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, but its use is not obligatory. You can also simply state that you wish to withdraw from the contract. Please send your withdrawal notice to: callback@vlozarinclox.world. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.

3.2 Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

3.3 Returning the goods

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us or to a person authorised by us to receive them without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have agreed to bear those costs or we are required to bear them by law. We recommend that you use a trackable delivery service and retain proof of postage until your refund is confirmed. We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit when you are returning them, except where we have agreed to arrange and pay for the return.

3.4 Diminished value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. In practice, this means you should not use the product beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it. For goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed by you after delivery, we may deduct from the refund an amount corresponding to the diminished value, in accordance with Article 14(3) of Directive 2011/83/EU and the implementing Danish legislation. We will inform you of any such deduction before processing the refund.

4. Defective or non-conforming goods

If the goods are defective or do not conform to the contract (for example, they are damaged, faulty, or do not match the description), you have statutory remedies under the Danish Sale of Goods Act and EU Directive 1999/44/EC on certain aspects of the sale of consumer goods. These remedies include the right to request repair, replacement, price reduction, or rescission of the contract (refund), depending on the circumstances. We are liable for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery and which becomes apparent within two years, unless the goods were sold as second-hand, in which case the parties may agree a shorter guarantee period of not less than one year.

If you believe the goods are defective or non-conforming, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the defect. We may ask you to return the product for inspection. If a defect or lack of conformity is confirmed, we will cover the cost of return shipping and will provide a remedy (repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund) in accordance with your rights under applicable law.

5. Step-by-step return procedure

To return goods under the right of withdrawal or for a defect, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us: Email us at callback@vlozarinclox.world to notify us of your return. Include your order number, the reason for the return (e.g. withdrawal, defect), and your contact details. We will respond with return instructions and, where applicable, a return address.
  2. Pack the product securely: Use the original packaging if possible, or a sturdy box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Include required information: Enclose a note or printout with your order number, name, and contact details so we can process your return efficiently.
  4. Send the package: Use a trackable delivery service and send the package to the address we provide. Retain proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.
  5. Await confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or replacement in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

6. Refund timing and method

We will process refunds without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day on which we receive the goods back or you supply evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest. For the right of withdrawal, we may delay reimbursement until we have received the goods or evidence of dispatch. The refund will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If you have received goods in connection with your order (e.g. a promotional item), and you exercise your right of withdrawal for the entire order, you must return all goods received. If you fail to return the goods or return them in a condition that results in diminished value for reasons attributable to you, we may deduct an amount from the refund as permitted by law.

7. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU and the Danish Consumer Agreements Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

For food supplements, the right of withdrawal may be excluded where the product has been unsealed or used, as the product may no longer be resaleable for health and hygiene reasons. We will inform you clearly before you place an order if the right of withdrawal is excluded or limited for specific products, and we will obtain your explicit acknowledgment if required by law.

This Policy is intended for consumers. If you are purchasing in the course of your trade, business, craft, or profession (a "business customer"), different terms may apply. We may agree custom return and refund terms with business customers. Please contact us to discuss.
